Welcome To Gluten Free Diane

I started this blog because I have been gluten free for years and wanted to share my experiences with others. I found out I was gluten sensitive myself after having been to many doctors and they did not understand my symptoms. I am so happy to be of service to others and help them with their gluten free issues . Once you understand everything it's fairly easy to stay away from gluten . I live in Central Florida and have many natural food shops close by me where I can shop for GF products.
